I needed to match a specific piece of carpet already in my house, and despite the carpet range being discontinued, Antonio was fantastic and managed to track down a large enough piece for my hall, stairs and landing direct from the supplier. The carpet was very reasonably priced. Antonio also arranged very prompt delivery and was great at staying in touch throughout. I carpeted the whole flat with Antonio's company and put lino in the bathroom and kitchen. One room was done in under an hour. The remaining of the flat was done later in one day. This local flooring carpet offers excellent value for money and fitting covering area Stratford and Newham besides Leyton or Walthamstow.The staff at the shop are extremely helpful and kind in helping you find the right flooring. I went back twice to make a final decision as I could see the vynl flooring in stock on the shop floor. The staff took a small deposit prior to installation.The flooring fitters were really friendly and I found it very easy to communicate instructions when they arrived. The installation was smooth and Hassal free. Work was completed to satisfaction and under the over area and fridge. All completed in under two hours.I would highly recommend this local family business and suggest a store visit to see their flooring collection.The cost of the project was reasonable compared to other companies. But as the customer service was excellent I decided to go with this shop for my flooring.

After spending weeks going to carpet shops and getting frustrated by the inflated price or lack of quality of what we were seeing, I came across Diamond Cut Carpet and Flooring online. Seemless top notch carpetting by Diamond Cut Carpets! They know what they are doing 110%. I highly recommend them. They were patient in waiting for me to schedule the fitting of my carpet but as soon as I gave them the go ahead they were quick off the mark, prompt and from the friday they even came at request on the Monday (first day of heatwave, hottest day of the year or that we have ever had) and they done an absolutely amazing job and I even got an upgrade carpet that I didn't expect.They have gone above and beyond and they deserve more recognition as they do not overcharge like most other carpet companies. For you ppl out there who has read these bad reviews. I can actually say it's nonsense and I got Saxons carpet with cloud 9 underlay I did not even go to the shop I done it all over what's app and they was very helpful and they done a brilliant job and on top of that I even shop round a few places even went online no1 gave me a price like diamond cut carpets and flooring. So it's up to you where you go but I would recommend this place 110%

LIFE SAVERS!!! As a bedroom fitter my labourer overcut the carpet where the cupboards were going. As soon as i started to panic i gave Anton a call and as within no time he has his fitter down to help me out and once his fitter arrived he did his magic!! Antonio and his team of fitters have been great from start to finish. I got in touch with them back in August and they were great at sourcing samples of a carpet I wanted but that they didn't typically stock. Unfortunately I ran out of money and had to delay getting my carpet done until last week. When getting back in touch with Antonio we realised the carpet I wanted wouldn't be in stock pre Christmas and it was important I had carpet for Christmas so we found an alternative that was very similar but was stocked only by carpetright... They quickly sourced the unbranded version of this carpet which turned out exactly the same, is lovely quality and just what I wanted. They also worked hard to fit me in just before Christmas so my house could be nice and homely ready for friends and family visiting. Antonio has put up with my many messages and calls over weeks in addition to changes of mind and gone above and beyond in terms of how helpful he's been. His fitters did an amazing job and I'm so pleased with the final result. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

As all the other reviewers have mentioned. I would also rate Diamond Cut Carpets and Flooring as a 5Star rated shop. Professional supply and fit service at reasonable prices. Before placing an order at Carpet right. Tapi Carpets or any other major high street retailer. Give them a call first or last and tell them what you want. They are at least 50℅ cheaper in most cases.We had our 3 bed house fully fitted with beautiful carpet and underlay expertly fitted for under £2000We had been quoted around £4000 for the same carpet elsewhere from several larger retailers.A proper local east end family run business that should be mighty proud.Highly highly recommended.

From the moment i walked into the store, to the measuring and to the fitting everything was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and recommended me all the right products. Not only did they give just recommend but the young lady also gave me her opinion on what flooring will suit each individual room in my house. You don't usually get that from places. I have had my carpet and wood for over a year and it still feels brand new! Highly recommend these guys. Just before Christmas I had purchased engineered wood flooring online and was looking for a reputable company to fit it in my flat in London. Living abroad, and with a tight timescale to get it done, I was anxious about finding the right people for the job. I called Antonio after reading about his family company online and immediately felt in safe hands. He was quick, efficient and kind. From explaining the quote, to helping me get the wood delivered (even though I hadn't purchased it from him) and fixing a very short time-frame in which to have the job done he turned what could have been a stressful time into an exciting one - within just a few days of calling him, the floor was already being laid! Andru the professional who fitted it was outstanding. I have never felt in such good hands. He is so physically strong, and extremely dedicated - turning up on the dot, working long hours, tidying up - moving and removing items; he went the extra mile in every way. The resulting floor is beautifully laid with an exceptional attention to detail in the skirting boards and everywhere generally. The bedroom of my flat is a funny hexagonal shape but nothing was too complicated. The pricing is more than fair, and there were no surprises along the way - on the contrary there was more done that what was even quoted for. I cannot thank Antonio and Andru enough for a beautiful floor and such a positive experience. 100% recommend!!

We recently used Diamond Cut Carpets to fit engineered wood flooring throughout our house. Originally we were only going to use them for supply but when I got chatting to Antonio, we decided to ask for the fitting price as well as he had been so helpful and proactive in finding the right wood for us.This is the best decision we have made since moving in to our house. The flooring looks spectacular. After a small incident regarding cash in store, the business owner phoned me and apologised for the incident. He was very kind, very positive, and took criticism on board. He offered me several solutions to make me feel valued, and in the end we agreed that he would donate the money I was meant to be refunded to a local charity.It's really reassuring to know that although I may have had a negative experience in store, the business owner (sorry, I forgot your name) took the time out of his day to call and ask how he could make it right.The gentleman that fit the carpet did a fantastic job. Excellent Service! Needed to order a special type of carpet especially designed for a care home setting. Just had my living room, laminated and bedroom carpeted over the weekend and 5 stars from start to finish. Originally went to a big chain store to explore options but the reviews were mixed.
