I was looking for great quality carpet on a budget I got more than I had bargained for, I got an excellent service as well. My carpet was laid immediately and it was beautiful to look at. I bought carpet for mine and my children's rooms and almost year later they look and feel so very luxurious as if it was done today. Diamond Cut Carpets most certainly have the wow factor. I would recommend anyone looking for carpets, vinyl or wooden flooring to use this company.

Extremely professional, quick and excellent quality service. After several bad experiences with other local carpet fitters I can say that Diamond Cut Carpets were absolutely brilliant. Our staircase looks perfect! Will be contacting them soon to fit the entire house!

We used Diamond Cut Carpet to fit a new carpet on the stairs and landing. I was very pleased with the service and the fitter was polite and tidy. We plan to have the engineered wood floor replaced downstairs in the new year and will be coming back.

A great experience all-round! They came and measured promptly, made a super amazing plan of our flat and provided a first class experience with great advice on all the different carpet options. Plus the price was very competitive. The actual work was done quickly yet to a high standard, plus the guys were very nice, respectful and just got on with the job. Highly recommend carpet class!

From the moment i walked into the store, to the measuring and to the fitting everything was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and recommended me all the right products. Not only did they give just recommend but the young lady also gave me her opinion on what flooring will suit each individual room in my house. You don't usually get that from places. I have had my carpet and wood for over a year and it still feels brand new! Highly recommend these guys. Also if I haven't mentioned already, the price is much better then you will get anywhere else, for the same quality if not better.

As all the other reviewers have mentioned. I would also rate Diamond Cut Carpets and Flooring as a 5Star rated shop. Professional supply and fit service at reasonable prices. Before placing an order at Carpet right. Tapi Carpets or any other major high street retailer. Give them a call first or last and tell them what you want. They are at least 50℅ cheaper in most cases. We had our 3 bed house fully fitted with beautiful carpet and underlay expertly fitted for under £2000 We had been quoted around £4000 for the same carpet elsewhere from several larger retailers. A proper local east end family run business that should be mighty proud. Highly highly recommended.

Best carpet and flooring place in East London. Best prices and service. They have a huge showroom and stock all the major brands of carpet and flooring at low prices. Much cheaper than any of the major retailers. They also offer free home visits all around London and East London. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Just had my living room, laminated and bedroom carpeted over the weekend and 5 stars from start to finish. Originally went to a big chain store to explore options but the reviews were mixed. Read the reviews on Diamond Cut Carpets and found all reviews to be 5 stars so investigated. Dealt with Yvonne (can't fault the humour or service) and managed to find what I wanted. Laminate in the living room was completed in 5 hours by Andru - did a fantastic job. The next day had carpet laid by Peter & Jamal - super quick. Can't ask for more. Thank you all. Great experience We had our 3 bedroom house fully renovated and had our Carpets and flooring supplied and fitted by Diamond Cut Carpets and Flooring. As other have mentioned in reviews. Excellent Service! Needed to order a special type of carpet especially designed for a care home setting. Tony gave me an excellent quote, advised me to look around as he knew he couldn't be beaten (Which was true). Carpet arrived the next day. The driver called half an hour before delivery as promised. Cannot fault the service from start to finish. You have a loyal customer for life.

Excellent service, they are very welcoming, kind, good communication and friendly. We got the carpet we wanted at a fantastic price, much cheaper than other carpet shops we went to. Carpet was fitted very nicely, I pay attention to details and even I am happy with the final results. Fitting team was very friendly to my family, resurfaced our floors for cheap, and got the job done efficiently. Would highly recommend this place.

After a small incident regarding cash in store, the business owner phoned me and apologised for the incident. He was very kind, very positive, and took criticism on board. He offered me several solutions to make me feel valued, and in the end we agreed that he would donate the money I was meant to be refunded to a local charity. It's really reassuring to know that although I may have had a negative experience in store, the business owner (sorry, I forgot your name) took the time out of his day to call and ask how he could make it right. We recently used Diamond Cut Carpets to fit engineered wood flooring throughout our house. Originally we were only going to use them for supply but when I got chatting to Antonio, we decided to ask for the fitting price as well as he had been so helpful and proactive in finding the right wood for us. This is the best decision we have made since moving in to our house. The flooring looks spectacular. Andru, the fitter, is a powerhouse of activity and the attention to detail he gave the project is second to none. We were quite nervous about the flooring as it's the most we've spent on any aspect of the renovation so far but it was worth every penny and we will certainly be contacting Diamond Cut Carpets again for any flooring needs. Just before Christmas I had purchased engineered wood flooring online and was looking for a reputable company to fit it in my flat in London. Living abroad, and with a tight timescale to get it done, I was anxious about finding the right people for the job. I called Antonio after reading about his family company online and immediately felt in safe hands. He was quick, efficient and kind. From explaining the quote, to helping me get the wood delivered (even though I hadn't purchased it from him) and fixing a very short time-frame in which to have the job done he turned what could have been a stressful time into an exciting one - within just a few days of calling him, the floor was already being laid! Andru the professional who fitted it was outstanding. I have never felt in such good hands. He is so physically strong, and extremely dedicated - turning up on the dot, working long hours, tidying up - moving and removing items; he went the extra mile in every way. The resulting floor is beautifully laid with an exceptional attention to detail in the skirting boards and everywhere generally. The bedroom of my flat is a funny hexagonal shape but nothing was too complicated. The pricing is more than fair, and there were no surprises along the way - on the contrary there was more done that what was even quoted for. I cannot thank Antonio and Andru enough for a beautiful floor and such a positive experience. 100% recommend!!

Really happy with the price and quality of my new carpet. After spending weeks going to carpet shops and getting frustrated by the inflated price or lack of quality of what we were seeing, I came across Diamond Cut Carpet and Flooring online. After speaking to Antonio he quoted me 10% lower than other companies and could fit within the week. We agreed a fitting date and price without any fuss. The guys turned up on the day on time and got straight to work, they were super efficient and friendly. The carpet looks fantastic and fitted well. All in all, Antonio and his team took the stress out of the experience and we got a fab looking carpet at a great price.

I carpeted the whole flat with Antonio's company and put lino in the bathroom and kitchen. One room was done in under an hour. The remaining of the flat was done later in one day. Fitters are very experienced and provided advices on problematic areas. I'm very happy with the final result! The price is also very reasonable, I would recommend working with them!

EXCELLENT service and value. I had been to a number of local competitors and was quoted lengthy waits and expensive prices. I needed to match a specific piece of carpet already in my house, and despite the carpet range being discontinued, Antonio was fantastic and managed to track down a large enough piece for my hall, stairs and landing direct from the supplier. The carpet was very reasonably priced. Antonio also arranged very prompt delivery and was great at staying in touch throughout. I would definitely recommend Diamond Cut if you are looking for great service.

This is a great company! Another company said they would come and did half the job. This company sent people on a Saturday, they did a great job, quickly in the space of 2 hours, putting an end to two months of misery! The people that were sent were polite and helpful too!!

Bought a lovely rug from here. Was difficult to choose as they have so many different designs and colours to choose from. Prices are decent enough. Staff were polite and friendly. Highly recommend a visit. I will return to complement additional rooms with some lovely rugs.

Antonio and his team of fitters have been great from start to finish. I got in touch with them back in August and they were great at sourcing samples of a carpet I wanted but that they didn't typically stock. Unfortunately I ran out of money and had to delay getting my carpet done until last week. When getting back in touch with Antonio we realised the carpet I wanted wouldn't be in stock pre Christmas and it was important I had carpet for Christmas so we found an alternative that was very similar but was stocked only by carpetright... They quickly sourced the unbranded version of this carpet which turned out exactly the same, is lovely quality and just what I wanted. They also worked hard to fit me in just before Christmas so my house could be nice and homely ready for friends and family visiting. Antonio has put up with my many messages and calls over weeks in addition to changes of mind and gone above and beyond in terms of how helpful he's been. His fitters did an amazing job and I'm so pleased with the final result. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have used Diamond cut carpets for our last few flooring needs. The whole team are fantastic and when you visit the shop you get honest feel of a family run business. These guys are great! I needed the carpets layed very last minute over the weekend as I was let down by a different company - they fit me into the weekend even though they had several other jobs on. Really helpful service and super quick. Found them on Maps, popped in and they were super friendly and super helpful. They sent a chap back with me the same day to measure up and did the job the very next day to a really high standard of quality. LIFE SAVERS!!! As a bedroom fitter my labourer overcut the carpet where the cupboards were going. As soon as i started to panic i gave Anton a call and as within no time he has his fitter down to help me out and once his fitter arrived he did his magic!! For you ppl out there who has read these bad reviews. I can actually say it's nonsense and I got Saxons carpet with cloud 9 underlay I did not even go to the shop I done it all over what's app and they was very helpful and they done a brilliant job and on top of that I even shop round a few places even went online no1 gave me a price like diamond cut carpets and flooring. So it's up to you where you go but I would recommend this place 110%

Seemless top notch carpetting by Diamond Cut Carpets! They know what they are doing 110%. I highly recommend them. They were patient in waiting for me to schedule the fitting of my carpet but as soon as I gave them the go ahead they were quick off the mark, prompt and from the friday they even came at request on the Monday (first day of heatwave, hottest day of the year or that we have ever had) and they done an absolutely amazing job and I even got an upgrade carpet that I didn't expect. They have gone above and beyond and they deserve more recognition as they do not overcharge like most other carpet companies. I contacted 4/5 different companies and there was a massive difference in price for the same if not better finish of job! It feel like a palace now! Thank you Antonio and Thank you to all members of diamond cut carpets!
